My name is Nick Joyce, I was born and raised in Lantana Florida, and moved to Delray beach in 2014 not only because I fell absolutely in love with the city, but to attend FAU and achieve a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
My professional experience consists of incredible customer service, sales and marketing. My free time and weekends consist of researching local properties and empty lots to evaluate their potential as investment properties or new builds, as well as I’m currently building a home hands-on.
This ultimately has led me to the real estate industry which has been a passion of mine, and I’m determined to give my personality, time, care, and dedication to selling your house, finding you a beautiful place to call home, a vacation getaway, or an investment property.
