From pattern-making and fashion design to blueprints and spec home development, Susan has always had a passion for creating, utilizing skills honed and available resources.
A native New Yorker, she graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan and began her career buying for a major retailer in NYC.
She later managed the billing and receivables for a Commodity Futures Trading Corp. for nine years.
She transitioned into land development in 1999 when she was given the opportunity to build a home on spec in NJ. Her brother, a builder in Bridgehampton, NY, mentored her. She built and sold that home at a profit right after 9/11. When his company’s sales began a rapid expansion, and she and her family returned to NY to help manage its growth.
Susan got her NY Real Estate license in 2005 to provide essential information and get ‘first dibs’ on land and tear down properties.
She represented multi million dollar homes each weekend in season through open houses, and procured several clients as a result.
Susan is known for her business acumen, availability, and integrity, as well as her warm, open personality. Additionally, she holds licensing in Florida as a Community Association Manager, and has ability to easily navigate Associations, knowing the necessary questions to ask concerning financials and management companies, thereby easing the process for her clients.
Susan has been a full-time Palm Beach County resident since 2014, and brings strong negotiation skills, and a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business of real estate and her clients.
She chose to work at Posh Properties for several reasons:
the personal care given to each client in what has become a numbers game,
A thorough marketing program always evolving to current trends,
The absolute support from the broker, community involvement and a give-back approach, and a team of agents there for each other and their company-like family.
